Two different ideas. I looked up the theater and found out the roof was caved in: http://i16.tinypic.com/6tvf9g1.jpgFor both of these I have the theater being used again, but with an open roof... even though you can't see the roof. The first one is around the late 1800s and the second is closer to the present.
